The CFAE Advanced Practice course is a 12 week program, course, involving asynchronous lectures and synchronous panel discussions, open to allergy professionals Canada, on a competitive basis. This course will be capped at 20 per term, and offered once per year, in the Spring. The first cohort will be welcomed in Spring 2026.

End date: May 6, 2026

Synchronous panel discussions will be held every second week, beginning 18 Feb 2026.

Topics to be covered include:

• Oral- and sublingual immunotherapy
• Multiple and emerging food allergies
• Esophageal esophagitis
• Food protein induced enterocolitis
• Food allergy management and treatment
• Adult onset food allergies
• Virtual healthcare delivery
• Issues unique to rural, remote and disadvantaged communities

To apply for the Advanced Practice course, applicants must:

• Have successfully completed the CFAE Foundational course
• Be a professional in Canada working in allergy
