The CFAE Advanced Practice course is a 12 week program, course, involving asynchronous lectures and synchronous panel discussions, open to allergy professionals Canada, on a competitive basis. This course will be capped at 20 per term, and offered once per year, in the Spring. The first cohort will be welcomed in Spring 2026.

End date: May 6, 2026
Synchronous panel discussions will be held every second week, beginning 18 Feb 2026.
Topics to be covered include:
- Oral- and sublingual immunotherapy
- Multiple and emerging food allergies
- Esophageal esophagitis
- Food protein induced enterocolitis
- Food allergy management and treatment
- Adult onset food allergies
- Virtual healthcare delivery
- Issues unique to rural, remote and disadvantaged communities
To apply for the Advanced Practice course, applicants must:
- Have successfully completed the CFAE Foundational course
- Be a professional in Canada working in allergy
