Welcome to the CSACI Foundational Course in Food Allergy

The course consists of 8 weeks of classes, delivered via Zoom and a final online post-test.  This foundational program is offered annually, starting this spring 2026.

In order to evaluate teaching and learning at the end of the course, we require all participants to complete a pre-test. This pre-test must be completed no earlier than one week prior to the start of the course.
